STEP 1: PREPARE 

Before installing, remove the Magic Wall from the packaging and lay flat. Place heavy books on the corners to flatten out the product so it’s ready for installation.  Make sure your wall is clean, dry, and smooth. Use a dry cloth to wipe away any dust or debris that could interfere with adhesion. If you need to wash the wall first, wait at least 48 hours to ensure optimal application. 

For best results, apply the Magic Wall to a smooth, dry painted wall. Avoid textured surfaces such as plaster, embossed wallpaper, brick or lacquered finishes. Do not apply the Magic Wall in humid environments or outdoors. 

Step 2: PEEL AND STICK

We recommend recruiting a friend to help hold and line up the Magic Wall as you apply it to the wall. 

Starting from one corner, very gently and slowly peel a portion of the protective sticker away from the adhesive. Align the exposed adhesive to the wall in the desired location.  As you peel off the rest of the sticker backing, use the smoothing tool provided to help remove any creases or air bubbles as you press it into place. 

Ensure that only the sticker is peeled, not the adhesive.  

Step 3: SECURE IT 

Once the decal is fully applied, gently press over its surface with the smoothing tool (or your hands) to ensure it is firmly affixed to the wall. If any air bubbles remain, smooth them toward the nearest edge to remove them. 

Step 4: CREATE, ERASE & REPEAT!

Apply The Magic Wall to clean, smooth, dry surfaces such as painted walls. Avoid textured paint finishes or surfaces such as plaster, embossed wallpaper, brick or lacquered finishes. To ensure optimal adhesion, do not use The Magic Wall in humid environments or outdoors.

The Magic Wall is a semi-permanent adhesive product designed for one-time application. Once it is removed, we cannot guarantee it will adhere to the wall as intended. Like wallpaper, The Magic Wall is meant to be part of your room’s decor, while being functional at the same time!

To remove chalk or dry erase markers, always use a dry eraser (not a felt chalkboard eraser) followed by a soft damp cloth. Use a dry cloth to wipe dry if needed. Cleaning after every use is recommended whenever chalk or dry erase markers are applied.

We recommend using a damp cloth to clean your Catch All mat after every use to avoid staining, then wipe dry. For more stubborn mess, you can add a little gentle soap (just no harsh chemicals). During playtime, please only use washable markers and paints to prevent stains on the surface. 

Please do not vacuum or put your mat in the washing machine.

Yes! All of our products are crafted in high-quality non-toxic materials without BPA, phthalates and formaldehyde. Rest assured your little one can snack and play around our products safely!

It’s always best to roll and never fold your mat when storing or traveling with it.

Don’t fret if your Catch All has a few crinkles when you first remove it from the box. We recommend laying it flat for 24-48 hours to release any wrinkles. Laying a few heavy books overtop overnight will also do the trick!
