SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME:

  • Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the U.S. depending on the carrier. 
  • You can track your order through the tracking link provided in your order confirmation email.

SHIPPING TO ADDRESSES IN CANADA & THE U.S:

  • We ship to all addresses within Canada and the U.S. and offer a $10 flat fee shipping rate. 

RETURN POLICY:

  • Milly Stone accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of product for a full refund to the original method of payment, excluding shipping costs. After 14 days, we unfortunately won’t be able to process your return.
  • All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. 
  • If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the defective product, and we will resolve the issue.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of any order if the item does not meet our criteria for return. 
  • We accept exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of product, however the customer is responsible for covering additional shipping costs and price differences, if applicable. 

Please remember that a few wrinkles are normal when your mat is initially removed from its packaging, and it can take a couple of days for your mat to flatten out completely for the first time. Please refer to our FAQ section for further care instructions. 

How to Initiate a Return:
  • Please contact hello@millystone.com with your order number and include the reason for your return.  Please allow 1-2 business days for our customer service team to respond.
  • After the item has been received and inspected by our team, we will email you to confirm approval of the refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be issued once the return is processed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure the product is packed in the original box with all original packaging/labels, in re-sellable condition.
