Shipping and Exchanges
SHIPPING: Orders are processed between 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA depending on the carrier. We offer a $10 flat free shipping rate to addresses within Canada, and $30 flat fee shipping rate to the USA.
For USA customers: any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are not included in our prices and will be charged to you by the carrier or customs, if applicable.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We provide complimentary returns and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of product, excluding shipping costs. All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered. Read more about our policy here.
